Freedom or rather the lack of it, is in truth a man made perception. For we often place our own limits on our freedom based on what we believe to be right or acceptable. We often say we would like to do something but we don't have the time or we simply say 'I couldn't do that' which is a self for-filling prophecy. Many times we are in oppressive relationships or jobs but we remain within them like the the animal who refuses to leave the cage once open out of programming. Often we don't have to even move to be free, we simply have to change our mindset, throw off our mental chains and silence the Minds chatter that torments us with images of the past and fears of the future.
