Your Perception is your reality, but I have to say that your perception is often based on lies you never even knew you where told. We all see the world through filters that have been shaped by family and friends and a media that has lost it's way. Every now and then your perceptions of someone or something may be shattered but this is rarely enough to truly wake us up to the fact that no-thing is really ever as it seems. Situations that appear black and white, cut and dry seldom are. This is what I discovered when I created my first image 'oppressed' which is below .
